How we calculate this
The measured benchmark: 72 of 625 fully checked deliveries at an independent coffee shop had at least one recorded missing, damaged or short-delivered item. Each delivery counts once, even if several items had problems.
Checks from 23 Oct 2025 to 9 Oct 2026. Verified 9 Oct 2026. Deliveries with unchecked items and deliveries without item checks are excluded.

Can my staff use it without individual accounts?
Yes. Managers can set up a shared device using a shop code and password, so staff can use that device without creating individual accounts.
