From download to daily routine

  1. Open your file

Open a CSV in Excel or Numbers, or use File → Import → Upload in Google Sheets. If prompted, choose UTF-8 encoding and a comma separator. Open the TXT file in a text editor, or copy its contents into a document.

  2. Make it fit your shop

Replace example rows and prompts, set your own roles and add your approved procedures. The spreadsheets contain no formulas; use the worked examples and instructions to check your calculations.

  3. Keep a clean master

Save a master copy and make a dated working copy for each shift or review. To print, select the columns you need, choose landscape and fit them to one page wide.

For food-safety checks, use the limits and methods in your shop’s food-safety plan, product labels and equipment instructions. These starter templates need adapting to your premises.
